I read this last night. It filled me with so much joy that I can't keep it to myself! The entire chapter of Jeremiah 31 is so full of hope and promise that I'd encourage you to read the whole thing.
"The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying,
Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love:
Therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."
Jeremiah 31:3
Wow.
